I'm always begging to get up to the mountains, so one Saturday in late June, we picked up sandwiches in Boulder and drove up Flagstaff Mountain to a beautiful picnic spot. Above, you can see the Flatirons and a tiny little Isaac and Adam under the trees. Below, the grass was so green and lush for this time of year. This June, it rained almost every day, and I've never seen the foothills quite like this in summer.
